We have been actively structuring  partnership frameworks, establishing the legal and commercial foundations that will govern how MicroMill is brought to market. Precision medicine and inhalation drug delivery demand not just exceptional technology — they demand rigorous documentation, clear governance, and commercial agreements built to withstand the scrutiny of regulators and industry partners alike. That work is well underway.

We are also progressing our UK funding strategy, with grant applications in active preparation. Ensuring our documentation, IP positioning, and R&D structures meet the requirements of UK funding bodies is a core focus for Q1 and Q2. We are building this company the right way — with the legal and commercial architecture to match the ambition of the technology.
