Simutin Serhii is a highly experienced design engineer specialising in non-standard equipment and advanced industrial systems. With formative experience at the National Space Agency of Ukraine, he brings aerospace-grade precision and rigorous systems-level discipline to every aspect of Aquagen Energy's technology programme.

His career spans decades at the intersection of unconventional engineering, chemical process design, and precision manufacturing — with deep expertise in pyrolysis reactor design, ultra-fine particle reduction, and integrated combustion systems. His lifelong focus on designing equipment that does not yet exist makes him uniquely qualified to lead a technology as novel and disruptive as MicroMill Precision.

As CTO, Serhii holds overall responsibility for technical direction, engineering architecture, and the development roadmap — ensuring that MicroMill is engineered not as an incremental improvement, but as a ground-up reimagining of how materials are reduced, processed, and transformed to aerospace-grade standards.
